Cooking has been a passion of mine all my life. I enjoy creating food with the various flavors from around the world. Both for my family as well as clients.

 

Putting together a menu for a dinner party or otheriwse is one of my favorite culinary challenges. Looking at taste, texture, smell and sight to create that prefect bite.

 

My career has me stepping out of my comfort zone which has given me many great memories. I'm always ready to rise to the next culinary challenge.
