Sweet and sour meatballs (beef or turkey)

French onion soup with crostini crouton

Wedge salad with balsamic blue cheese dressing and parmesan croutons

Caesar salad with a grilled cheese crouton

 

 

Dinner:

 

Grilled fillet of beef with garlic/parmesan mashed potatoes and a sherry mushroom sauce served with sautéed green beans

Chicken Kiev stuffed chicken breasts with butter and fresh herbs with garlic/parmesan mashed potatoes and a sherry mushroom sauce served with sautéed green beans

 

 

Dessert:

Pineapple upside down cake
